Article 8 (Steering Committee)

① Steering Committee shall be organized to deliberate on preliminary review for budget and settlement of research institute and on other important matters regarding research institute operation.
② Steering Committee shall be organized with director, research coordinator director, and up to 40 committee members appointed by the president in recommendation from head of medical association and and president of local council. Chairman of the committee shall be the director.
③ Director of general affairs, planning, finance, duty, insurance, policy, and full-time director shall be ex officio member of the committee.
④ Steering Committee shall be called at least twice a year.
⑤ Steering Committee may organize and operate subcommittee on human resource, finance, and project and it may entrust part of its authority to the subcommittee.

Article 9 (Research Committee)

① Research Committee shall be organized to review on research institute’s research project and set research direction.
② Research Committee shall be organized with director, research coordination director, and up to 15 committee members appointed by the president in recommendation from director. Chairman of the committee shall be the director.
③ Research Committee shall set order of priority in research project in consideration of business goals for each fiscal year, medium and long-term prospect on general matters, and short-term pending issues. Research Committee shall also review and evaluate on selection of externally-ordered research project and internal research project, and research result.

Article 10 (Editorial Committee)

① Editorial Committee shall be organized to publish quarterly healthcare policy forum and to deliberate on contents and editorial policy for research institute’s other main publications.
② Members of Editorial Committee shall be appointed by the president in recommendation of director and Editorial Committee shall be organized with up to 10 members including chairman.
